  • Gather the initial financing information and submit it via our simple referral fee form

  • Once we receive your referral we will proceed with contacting the potential applicant.  We do all of the work after you submit the referral.

  • We keep you abreast of the status of your referral.

  • If the applicant is approved for financing  you will receive a referral fee.  Actual referral fees are based on the amount of financing approved and the type of financing requested.

  • Once your applicant's closes on the financing request, we will send your referral fee via a check within 30 days!
