 Investment Proposal Submission

• Submit an investment proposal for review by our private lenders.  If our private lenders are interested, you will be contacted for more information within 5 days.

• Please submit an executive summary  (maximum of two pages) highlighting your proposal and financing needs. 

• We attempt to respond to all proposals, but can't do it at all times due to the number of proposals received.  If you don't hear from us, it more than likely means that our private lenders are not interested. 

• Please note we do not sign Non-Disclosure Agreements or Confidentiality Agreements and only share your proposal with our private lenders.  We destroy all proposals after 7 days.
