LOAN CRITERIA:

1) Proof of Income:

• 1 month of recent pay stubs

• 3 months of most recent bank statements

2) Proof of Residence (must be a resident of Georgia, Florida,  Massachusetts,

    New York, or Puerto Rico):

• Current utility bill, OR Home landlord reference

• Current telephone bill

3) Borrower does not have to be a small business owner

4) Credit check required, but credit score is not a disqualifier

5) Payments made via ACH from bank account

 

The credit builder program is for individuals with no credit history or who have poor credit who wish to improve their credit score.
